Hello could anyone tell me how i change my subscription info...i've gone to Account management i login succesfully and it takes me to a screen with a Tab on the top left that says Account info and lists my name,username ect but there are no other tabs there for billing or to cancel...is there some kinda IE setting i need to change?/
Btw i'm useing right now the default IE settings for Winxp SP1.
Anyone help would be nice if anyone knows account will end around Sept 8th or so.

Yes i understand this there sposed to be there but there not....that's why i'm trying to figure out if it's some dumb Internet explorer setting ect i've tried loggin in to account management on 3 differen't machines in my house and i get the same probly on all of them even one machine of a friends that's not mine.
Does anyone have any idea this is really bad that a website would be like this to not allow default settings in Internet explorer to work.

Nope not that i know of i can reformat HD reinstall windows get online install video drivers/sound then go to webpage and i still don't see the tab and that's default settings for everything...i've even tried clearing cookies ect then changing my IE settings to allow everything and then go into website yet i still can't see nothing except for the first tab that does me no good :)
Anyone got any suggestions on some settings?? maybe i'll just download Netscape or another to do this but really shouldn't have to.

well wtf this is getting bad...i just downloaded and installed Mozilla and i still can't see the extra tabs.
Can anyone please give me the link to the other tabs https://secure.eve-online.com/something here like /accountinfo.asp which is the one i have just need the other 2 like if they were cancelinfo.asp or something like this.

Thank's alot pann hope they can help...I also thought about the firewall i use Sygate personal firewall i have also tried turning that off and let it acccept everything then shut it down and i still can't see them :(

btw i figured that address out the first day i made this thread and it hasn't worked since so please if any support ppl come here don't tell me to try back later...this is about the 50th time i've tried in 3 or 4 days.

Ok well so far i've tried IE,Mozilla and just now Netscape 7.1 none of which allow me to view the tabs...i have also tried IE on a friends machine that he brought over to my house still no tabs...i also went to a friends house that had AOL that his mom used i even tried going through there still no tabs......i've pretty much given up now i suggest u either fix this website or loose some of your customers of the very few that wish to subscribe again.

Well i thought i was done trying things but i forgot about Opera browser downloaded that went to the account page...STILL NO TABS!
You think we can get a answer on this at any point or do we just say screw it and move on to the next game.
